"Circle of Honor." Agency awards were presented at the 2007 WASPC
Conference Luncheon.
Agencies that raise $5000 or $100 per sworn agency more net, qualify
for the "Circle of Honor." These agencies will also be listed on the
back of the Law Enforcement Torch Run Campaign t-shirt the following
