Special Olympics Washington offers
sports training and competition during the Summer Season. Beginning
in mid June, coaches are trained for the upcoming Summer Season with
athlete training beginning in late June. Sports offered for the Summer
Season include: Golf and Softball. Regional tournaments begin in late
July and run into August, with the culmination of the Spring Season
occurring at the annual Summer Sports Classic held the last weekend
in August, in Everett and Lynnwood.
