Overview:
All individuals interested in volunteering at Winter Games must fill out
both a Volunteer Registration Form and a Venue
Placement Form.

This form must be completed
if full. It also includes the General Volunteer/Applicant Release
and the Applicant Disclosure forms, which you must sign to participate. |

This form lets SOWA know when and where you would
like to volunteer at Winter Games. Your completed form will be forwarded
to a volunteer manager who will contact you with details of your assignment. |

also complete the form electronically and then print it out. Sign
